Gondola Sports Summit 2026 | Event Set Design
Collaborated with the Fresh Tape Media team on the design and execution of set elements for the Gondola Sports Summit 2026 at the Denver Art Museum. Contributed to the development of two stage environments and an interactive photo opportunity designed to engage attendees and create shareable moments throughout the event. The project focused on repurposing existing elements provided by Fresh Tape Media and Gondola, including a chairlift and sports themed scenic pieces, transforming them into cohesive experiences across the event. Responsibilities included 3D modeling, drafting, sourcing props and furniture, creating renderings, and adapting existing assets into new layouts throughout pre production. On site, led installation and execution, supported the integration of set elements, and managed strike and wrap up logistics to ensure a smooth event process from setup through breakdown.
